There was a teacher in a place called Bhadgaon and his wife was a regular attendee of the sevamarg and other activities of the Sri Swami Samarth Kendra. The teacher never used to attend the activities of the Kendra. Suddenly the teacher’s health started deteriorating and the medicines given by the doctors’ were of no use. The oxygen level in the blood started decreasing and the doctors advised the family to shift him to bigger hospital in the nearby city. The teacher was in need of specialist treatment and that was not possible in the town where he lived.
Continuous Chanting
The teacher was not in position to even walk for 10 feet distance. All the doctors were trying hard to save the teacher but his body was not responding to any treatment and medicines. Doctors put the patient on artificial oxygen for 15 days and the teacher was almost in an unconscious state. The teacher did not have any clue when he was shifted to the special room and did not have any clue what was happening. It was complete darkness for the teacher as he lay down on the bed. In the close room the teacher’s wife was chanting Shree Swami Samarth jap continuously for 15 days.
Because of the continuous chanting of Swami Samarth jap the body of the teacher started responding to the treatment and only sound he could hear inside the room was Swami Samarth jap. The teacher also started reciting the jap at least in his mind and since the patient was on artificial oxygen he was not allowed to move out of the hospital. The doctors wanted the patient to be on artificial oxygen for at least 16 hours and Bhadgaon being a small town it was not available there. So the oxygen concentrator was ordered and the teacher was shifted to the residence.
Back in Action
Teacher after reaching home was on artificial oxygen but kept reciting the jap day in and day out. After chanting the jap for 4 continuous months could walk and he also started going to the nearby Swami Samarth Kendra. The doctors and others in the hospital, his friends and relatives who had seen the teacher 4 months back was shocked to see the improvement in his health and all of them believe that it because of the miracle of Swamiji he has come back to life. Swami Samarth jap is possible at any stage of life and there is no particular time to chant the jap. It can also be chanted in all conditions.
