Shri Swami Samarth was a great sage who performed many miracles for his devotees. It helped the devotees to understand him and the miracles taught the devotees a lesson or two always. Swamiji averted death of his strong devotees and prevented and saved people from committing suicides. Swamiji was kind enough to save his devotees from accidents by sitting in Akkalkot. Swamiji converted a poor girl into a boy and made her rich. Swamiji blessed ladies to get children even when they were at the age of 60. Swamiji showed his mystical powers to black magicians and yoga students and often warned them to misuse the occult powers and guided them back to the divine life.
Omnipresent
Swamiji was omnipresent and used to appear in many parts of India and abroad at the same time and was present in Akkalkot also at the same time. Many devotees used to visit Swamiji to get a cure from diseases, possession of spirits, mental disorders and similar problems. Swamiji relieved these people from all their miseries and provided a new lease of life to them. For Swamiji there was no king or pauper. For Him all were same and each one of them got the same treatment. Swamiji never believed in treating people based on religion, caste or creed.
There was no differentiation for Swamiji and he treated everybody in the same way, whether it is Hindu, Muslim, Christian or any other religion. Swamiji made sure that his disciples are disciplined and always made sure that he built faith and patience in the hearts of the devotees. Swamiji provided peace and happiness to all his devotees who capitulated respectfully and lovingly to Him. To the devotees of different Gods, He used to appear in that form and provide darshan. He appeared as Lord Siva, Panduranga, Dattatreya, Annapurani in front of the devotees and proved that He is a Paramathma. Swamiji was a God, Father, Allah and many other forms of the divine force.
Master of Masters
Swamiji is the Master of Masters and has blessed many deserving spiritual followers like a Perfect Master. Swamiji has a string of famous and powerful spiritual students who later became Masters of their times. Shri Shegaon Gajanan Maharaj, Shri Shankar Maharaj, Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, Shri Swamy Sutha, Shri Alandi Narasimha Swamy, Shri Bidkar Maharaj, Shri Seetharam Maharaj, Yavan Aulia of Mangalweda, Peer Saheb of Maindergee, Sri Balappa Maharaj, Shri Anandhanath Maharaj were some of them. The popular belief among the devotees is that anyone who prays to Swamiji is sure to get the blessings of this great soul. It is true and has been shared by experienced people who came in contact with the Master of Masters.
