If intense prayers are offered to Sri Swami Samarth one will get the blessing of Swamiji. Swamiji will not ignore the sincere prayers and a God’s promise will not fail. A genuine devotee of Swamiji will experience Swamiji’s miracle in one way or the other. One may not receive the blessing then and there but enough patience they are bound to get the blessings from Swamiji. Swamiji has always told his devotees that they need fear because He is always there with them. Have complete faith in Swamiji and he will do what you deserve. The miracles are all about faith in God and the faith in God has the ability to create miracles.
The Promise
There are two things which you need for the miracle to happen, one is God’s promise to help you and the other is intense prayer with full faith and the one which generates from your heart. With Swamiji being the Guru the God’s promise is there for you in the form of Swamiji assurance, “Fear not I am with you”. As a devotee what you need is intense prayer and Swamiji will take care of you. Swamiji’s promise is the promise of Brahma, Vishnu and Siva and many people have experienced it. You have to have full confidence that Swamiji will be there to help you.
Maloji Bhonsle was the ruler of the state of Akkalkot and was also a great devotee of Swamiji. Swamiji had the freedom to walk into the palace and the king used to visit the Mutt everyday to pay his respects to Swamiji. On one of the festival seasons of his birthdaythe King came with all his pomp and splendour to receive the blessing s of Swamiji. The king was wearing his crown and all ornaments and was riding on an elephant escorted by his wives, attendants and guards. The king walked in and bowed in front Swamiji but Swamiji did not like the way the king was showing off.
The Tight Slap
Swamiji maintain silence and did not bother to even look at the king. The king was feeling embarrassed and he tried grabbing the attention of Swamiji by falling on his feet again. Swamiji was very angry by then and gave a tight slap at the king. The crown which the king was wearing flew away from his head and king stood shocked and dumb-struck. Swamiji told the king that the show off what he was showing should be done in the palace and not in front Him. He king understood the mistake and then onwards leave his coach few furlongs away from the Mutt and used to walk in like any other devotee.
