There are tens of thousands devotees who have experienced the miracles of Sri Swami Samarth and continue to experience the visible and invisible ones. After saving the deer from the hands of the hunters the deer couple came searching for their little one and found Swamiji sitting with the calf quietly. Swamiji gave a vibration of love and compassion to the deer couple and they were not afraid of Swamiji. As they approached Swamiji, He looked at the deer and smiled and asked whether they recognise Him. Swamiji told them that they were his devotee in Ganagapur in the previous life and He had relieved them of the problems then.
Some Good Feats
These people had ill treated some saints in their previous life and that was why they were born as animals. But these people have done some good feats in the previous life and that was the reason why they could Swamiji in this life as deer. Swamiji kept the handson the deer’s head and the deer started talking. The deer told Swamiji that because of the ill-treatment meted on the saints they had to be reborn seven times. Their first rebirth was that of a Brahmin who was not well always.
The second birth was that of a bull and had to work hard, the third one was that of a Shudra in Vaidura where he had to life the in utter poverty and sorrow. The fourth life was that of a weaver and again he had to lead a sorrowful life with his wife and the fifth one was that of a donkey where again he had to toil hard and get all the beatings from the master. The sixth life was that of a goldsmith where he stole a lot of gold to make money. But his wife had given generous gifts to the saints and they were reborn as a deer in their seventh birth.
Liberation
The deer begged to Swamiji to free them from these life cycles. Swamiji heard the full story and told the deer kindly that when He is wandering to the south they will get a chance to Swamiji again as human beings. Swamiji also said that they will be liberated then and Swamiji went back into the cave where he was sitting and the deer couple went off with the little one. Swamiji later travelled far and wide all over India and offered help to many devotees in need of help.
